Going Green

Or I'm trying to because gas bills aren't fun with a large Lexus SUV even when driven predominantly in Eco Mode. But having never owned one, I'll need to do some research first though the gen 2 Leaf seems like a great option. The first one just didn't have enough range for me and I feared getting stranded in the middle of nowhere. Not at 150 miles it may be sufficient for my needs.

Good choice on getting into EV's now because the industry is gaining some real momentum not just with EV's we can choose from but with things like infrastructure which is a big motivator to buy. On that point, did you do research on where along your typical commutes you can charge? That can either make or break your decision here.
