Can I use my Leaf charging cable with other EVs?

I have a 2019 Leaf (love it!) and my wife has a 2018 Prius Prime. The Prius uses a standard J1772 plug but the OEM cable only plugs into a standard 110v outlet, which takes 5 hours to charge the Prius battery. She frequently charges on 220v public chargers, which cuts the charge time in half, and we're wondering if we can use my Leaf charging cable to charge the Prius at 220v.

Does anyone know if there's anything in the Leaf charging cable circuitry that might make using it on other EVs a bad idea? Or would you consider any OEM charger with a J1772 plug to be interchangeable?

Thanks.
