Gen 2 Leaf vs Competitors

Currently, the new Leaf sits between the Hyundai IONIQ Electric and Chevrolet Bolt EV. When it comes to range, of course the Bolt still leads the pack but the Leaf is more affordable and frankly looks better IMO. Thoughts?

Thoughts are the fact that most owners in the city won't need much for range and when you look at whats more important, its price point in that case. Everyone has a price and the cheaper a product can get in this economy the higher the odds someone is to buy.

i would have assumed range anxiety would push people towards electric cars withe more range even at a premium, thus why the Bolt is so popular. But their advantage will wane once the 200+ mile range Leaf comes out in 2019. If priced similar to the next gen Bolt, assuming Chevy releases one, it could pull ahead.
